The current owners bought the property in 1987 and have spent the last 30 years turning it into the masterpiece that it is today in-between exploring the wonderful scenery on their doorstep that is the Charente.
The house has mains water and electricity, gas (underground tank) and the heating is an oil-fired central heating system with wood burning fires for ambiance. Drainage is to a fosse which conforms.
Apart from personal and family items, the couple are happy to negotiate a price for most of the furniture.
