CO-OPERATORS
Like any prosperous company, we are continually looking for “fresh blood”, to replace the leaving co-operators, and to develop new regions.
We are a French real estate agency, retaining all necessary “attestations”, guaranties and insurances, under the direction of a Dutchman with 30 years experience in France.
Who/what are we looking for:
Completely independent co-operators who are standing on two strong legs in this world, living in France and at least bi-lingual (French English).
What do we expect from you:
That you create your own independent region, install your own net-work, search properties for sale, and through joint advertising, our website and exhibitions, offer these properties to an interested audience, and sell them if possible.
What can we offer you:
- The juridical status to work legally on the French real estate market.
- All juridical, practical advice, support and what you might need more, in short a complete professional training on the job.
- Plus (not negligible) a royal part (up to 75%) of the agency fees for an object sold through you, and a start within our team free of charge for you !
