The Tarn is a department east of Toulouse around the cities Albi and Castres with a lovely climate between the Atlantic and the Mediterrenean climate.
The building sites could be found on the countryside and in small new housing estates. The surface of a building site on the countryside will ranged between 1500 m² ( a min. by law when there is no sewerage) and 5 till 6000 m². On a new housing estate this surface ranged between 500 and 1000 m².
The prices on the countryside will ranged between € 18 and € 30 /m², however with no connections to running water, electricity, telephon,without a septic tank and also without an entrance road. Around cities like Castres, Albi and Revel the price will be higher, it means up to € 80/m². On a new building estate the price ranged between € 50 and € 100, depending the location but including the connections mentioned before and a connection to the sewerage and an entrance road.
