In our region newbuilded house will in the most cases cheaper than older comparitive houses in a very good condition.
Houses: 3 or 4 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchendresser with taps, bathroom with wash-basin et bath, toilet and garage.
Equipment: electricity, running water ,telephon, tiles on the floors but not in the rooms, boiler, septic tank or sewerage.
Not provided: floor-covering into the rooms, painting or
papering the walls, kitchen equipment.
Costs:
Building plot: depending from place and size, appr.
€ 40 000 for a 500 m² plot in a "lotissement" and € 60 000 for a 2 000 m² plot at the countryside. We have some building sites for sale.
Constructon: depending of type and size, appr. € 90 000 for 80 m² hab. surface and € 130 000 for 110 m² hab. surface.
on the countryside the given prices are excl. the costs for connections, septic tank and an opening up road.
For a new house that meets the french NF-standards you have a garantee of 10 years.
Price: € 0, incl. agency fees, excl. legal fees.
